Ας μιλήσουμε για πτηνά:
Τα παγώνια στ'αλώνια
απωθούν τα πετούμενα
που λιμπίζονται θύμησες.
Σιωπή.

Στων ματιών τις λίμνες
λούζεται το φάντασμα
της Κυνθίας που απέτυχε
να ποζάρει στο κοχύλι.
Σιωπή.

-γ-

Πριν ανοίξει τα βλέφαρα,
την έπιασα στον ύπνο.
Κι ομως εγώ αιφνιδιάστηκα.
Με υπνώτισε ξανά η άτιμη.
Σιωπή.

-δ-

Μια στιγμή παλεύοντας
χίλιες φορές απέθανα
και χίλιες μιά γεννήθηκα.
Την στιγμή αυτή τη λες ήβη.
Σιωπή.

-ε-

Στο τέλος πιά τι απομένει;
το σταμναγκάθι του πάθους
στον αμφορέα της μνήμης.
Σε σένα πάλι απευθύνομαι,
Σιωπή:

Σιωπή της λατρείας
Σιωπή της λαγνείας
Σιωπή και του μίσους
Σιωπή φόνισσα υγρή
Σιωπή σώπασε για μιά στιγμή
Σιωπή σώπασε για πάντα!
