Ο Δρόμος - The Way

Οι άνθρωποι είχαν ηττηθεί

διότι η επέλαση αποκρούστηκε.

Μάταια οι σάλπιγγες τούς πρόσταζαν

την επάνοδο στο αίμα

-αυτοί φεύγαν σαν τα πρόβατα

στην προσέγγιση τού τραίνου.

Ηττημένοι και δειλοί

(οι πρίν άτρομοι)

τον σωστό είχαν έβρει δρόμο...

The people had been defeated

for the attack was repelled.

The trumpets commanded in vain

their return in blood

-they were leaving like sheep

approaching the train.

Losers and cowards

(those fearless before)

they had found the right way...
