Οι Μέρες Που Δικάζουν - Judgement Days

Έρχονται πια, οι μέρες που δικάζουν
Θα μετρηθούν τα ποσοστά μας
Και θα τα βρούμε όλα μπροστά μας
Δεν το φοβάμαι
Ούτε το θέλω
Μα δεν υπάρχουν λαγοί μεσ΄ στο καπέλο
Τώρα θα δούμε τα λεφτά μας τι αγοράζουν
Κι αν όλα βγουν αληθινά
Δεν θα χαρώ ούτε θα κλάψω
Και δεν θα πω «στο είχα πει»
Δεν ξέρω πως ούτε γιατί
Χωρίς μια λέξη το τσιγάρο σου θα ανάψω

Και τα παιδιά που χάσανε την μπάλα
Που δεν τους βγαίνουν τα όνειρά τους
Βλέπουν να χάνεται η στεριά τους
Και δεν το θέλουν
Και φοβούνται,
Πως όλα τώρα θα 'ναι λίγα και μικρά
Κι ούτε τα λάθη τους δεν θα ΄ναι πια μεγάλα
Κι αν όλα βγουν αληθινά....

They are already coming, Judgement days
to count up our shares
and we shall find it all ahead of us
I do not fear this
neither do I desire it.
But there are no rabbits in the hat
this is when we get to see for
what our money is worth.
And if everything turns to be true,
I won't cheer and I won't cry
And I won't say "I told you"
I don't know how or why
Without a word I'll light your cigarette.

And the kids who "lost the ball"
whose dreams do not come true
they watch their firm shore vanish
and they don't want that
and they are scared,
That all things now will be few and small
and their mistakes won't be big anymore.
And if everything turns to be true...
